Category I: High Income Countries
Category II: Medium Income Countries

** Students must be full time & confirmation of status from the department head must accompany the registration.

*** Accompanying person is limited to delegate's family only.

Registration Fee for participants & students includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to the ICP 2020+ Exhibition
  • Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on 18th July, 2021
  • Congress material, delegate bag, etc.
  • Closing Ceremony on 23rdh July, 2021

Registration fee for Accompanying persons includes:

  • Opening and Welcome Reception on 18th July, 2021
  • Closing Ceremony on 23rd July, 2021
  • One Prague city tour during the Congress

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process = pay the registration fee.

Online Registration

There is only one possible way to register online for the ICP 2020+ Congress and that is through the ICP 2020+ online registration system on the website www.icp2020.com.

Invoice

The invoice is issued upon request by email to secretariat@icp2020.com. please note that it takes about 4 days. the invoice will be issued based on the billing information provided during your registration process. For any changes a fee 20 EUR will be charged.

On-site Registration

While on-site registration will be possible, it is recommended that participants register online well in advance and ensure their participation in ICP2020+. On-site registration will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Allocation of a delegate bag cannot be guaranteed.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include any insurance for participants. Participants are advised to take out adequate insurance.

Payment must be made in Czech Crowns (CZK) and can be made by one of the following methods:

BY REGISTRATION PARTICIPANTS CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Cancellation of Registration

  • Until 31st of December, 2020 – administrative fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds
  • From 1st January of 2021 until 1st of March 2021 - 75% of the registration fee will be refunded (except bank handling charges that will be deducted from all refunds)
  • From 2nd of March 2021 until 31st of March 2021 - 50% of the registration fee will be refunded (except bank handling charges that will be deducted from all refunds)
  • After 1st of April 2021 - no refunds possible
  • All refunds will be processed after the ICP 2020+ Congress

General Cancellation Conditions

  • All cancellations must be notified only in writing (by email or by DHL/Fedex mail) to Conference Secretariat secretariat@icp2020.com and cannot be done online or over the phone.
  • Requests for refunds made after 1st April 2021 will not be considered
  • For any change of personal details and abstract, a fee of 20 EUR (plus bank handling charges) will be charged
  • The organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue or format of each event included in the ICP2020+ programme. In such case, participants are entitled to cancel their registration within 10 days since they are informed about such change – all paid fees will be refunded in this case to the participant, decreased by necessary costs connected with such cancellation, incl. bank transfer costs, hotel cancellation costs and costs on the organiser’s side. Participants, who do not cancel their registration within the given time period, are considered to have consented to the change. Participants have no claim for damages or other costs, arising from such change, if caused by events outside the organiser’s control.

Data Privacy

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.

These General registration guidelines are effective from 7th of April 2020 and apply only to participants that registered on 7th of April 2020 and further.
