ICP 2020+ Presenters – ACTION REQUIRED

Dear presenters,

We hope all of you are well and safe.

The preparations of the upcoming ICP 2020+ are in a full swing. The deadline for the presenters’ registration is approaching. JUST 5 DAYS LEFT – April 15, 2021.

We really appreciate your interest at ICP 2020+ by submitting your abstract. We would like to remind that all accepted abstracts of those registered presenters by April 15, 2021 will be included in the ICP 2020+ Book of Abstracts published by Willey Publishers as a special Supplement of the International Journal of Psychology. Do not miss this chance to have your abstract being published in this prestigious journal.

To be sure that your abstract will be published, please follow the steps below:

Individual ORAL/POSTER presentations

  1. Log into your ICP 2020+ account
  2. On your dashboard you have to see your abstract (ID, title and the status) with the status ACCEPTED (see attached picture „dashboard“) Based on the Guidelines each presenter can present max 2 abstracts.

ONLY THE AUTHOR WHO SUBMITTED THE ABSTRACT CAN SEE IT IN HIS/HER ACCOUNT DASHBOARD AND WILL BE CONNECTED WITH HIS PAYMENT.

3. You can download the letter of acceptance for your needs

4. On the right top of the account screen you find your name under which you choose the button „MY ORDERS“

5. Under my orders you should have an order of your registration with the status „PAID“ (see attached picture „order“)

BOTH ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS AND PAID REGISTRATION HAVE TO BE UNDER ONE USER ACCOUNT (ONE EMAIL ADDRESS) TO BE CONSIDERED AS COMPLETED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR ABSTRACT AND REGISTRATION IN YOUR ACCOUNT, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT SECRETARIAT@ICP2020.COM. If you are already in contact with us regarding your account you do not need to contact us again.

 

SYMPOSIA presentations – CHAIRS

  1. Log into your ICP 2020+ account
  2. On your dashboard you have to see your abstract (ID, title and the status) with the status ACCEPTED (see attached picture „dashboard“)

ONLY THE CHAIR OF THE SYMPOSIUM CAN SEE IT IN HIS/HER DASHBOARD.

3. You can download the letter of acceptance for your and your symposium participants‘ needs

4. On the right top of the account screen you find your name under which you choose the button „MY ORDERS“

5. Under my order you should have an order of your registration with the status „PAID“ see attached picture „order“)

6. For the symposium the CHAIR and all symposium PARTICIPANTS have to be registered (each under their own user account chair stated in the submission) – have the registration order paid in their ICP 2020+ account.

Check with your symposium team that they are all registered by April 15, 2021.
